Check the product
Pick colourways from the 24-colour chart and evaluate melt, grip, peel and scent on samples before a bulk order.
Production
Stock lines leave in 3 days. Private label runs take 25 days after artwork approval.
Shipment
Courier, air or sea, with MSDS attached. Hard wax is classified as non-restricted goods for sea freight.

Operator
HardWaxBeans is operated by Guangzhou Renee Cosmetics Co., Ltd. Sales, sampling, artwork proofing and shipping are handled by this team, in English, on WhatsApp and email.
Manufacturing partner
Our manufacturing partner is a US FDA-registered cosmetic facility (FEI 3031722471). Our own facility registration and MoCRA product listing are in progress. Wax warmers are made under the same partner operation's electrical appliance licence in Zhongshan, Guangdong, so beans, warmers and accessories ship as one order.
FDA facility registration is a listing requirement, not an approval, certification or endorsement of products.
How we talk about ourselves
We publish what can be verified by number, issuer and date, and nothing else. We do not name our customers. If you need a document that is not on the compliance page, ask, and you will get a straight answer.
