When you submit the quote form, we store the details you enter (name, email and your inquiry) so we can reply. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation lives in WhatsApp under its own terms. We count clicks on the WhatsApp button (page path and time, no personal details) to understand which pages generate inquiries.
What we do not do
We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or use your inquiry for anything beyond answering it and following up about your order. Aggregate, privacy-preserving traffic statistics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
Retention and requests
